Sad news today of the passing of Bob. Fond memories of growing up in Savannah in the 50's with my Davis cousins. The many family gatherings in Estill and the Davis Pool over the years will always be special for me. Micky, my thoughts will be with you and your family. We have come far, each day is a gift,it is still a beautiful world.

Our hearts are saddened by the passing of our dear friend Bob. Having served alongside Bob and Mickey at Bible Baptist Church we developed a deep love for their family. We were blessed to have called him our friend and brother in Christ; and look forward to the next time we meet with him in heaven! Although we are in Texas, our hearts are there in Savannah with Mickey, Rob, Beth and their families. Know that we love you and will be praying for strength for you all. May the Lord hold you close as you go these trying days! God bless you all!

Bob had a lot of friends and family in and around Estill. One of the qualities, and there were many, I admired most about Bob was he did not suffer fools-you never had to wonder where he stood. He loved his family. His dad, Uncle Herbert, was one of the kindest men in the world. I know he will be with him and Aunt Izzy in a spectacular reunion in heaven. To Mickey, Rob and Beth we love you. May the love and peace found through Jesus Christ, our Lord, be with you and comfort you. Algie
